Payment must be received in full and cleared showing deposited prior to shipping, Please allow up to 3 days after purchase. PayPal serves as a middleman between your bank and merchants and keeps your payment information secure. I never have access to your bank or credit card.  You have the option to register with Paypal with your bank, or just your credit card. You must be a verified account before I ship.  Your account name and address needs to match your credit or bank information.

Pricing is determined by the actual cost of kit (some cost more with numbered editions, and or the Artist, also if sold out, or not), supplies;   poly pellets, or glass beads, poly-fill, % of my genesis paints used, mohair if used, clothing,  and the amount of total time labor on this baby. Then there is shopping for what this baby will be wearing and going home with for your box opening gifts which is so much fun!

  I always physically go to my post office and stand in line to confirm, that the package and weight and size has the accurate required postage. So there is no delay on the shipment due to not enough postage paid. And I get a physical receipt from clerk with tracking, You will receive a copy emailed to you.

I am not responsible for any shipping delays that are out of my control.

I bundle and package the baby, or bear safely in a secure box, please allow up to 3 days to prepare shipment as I shop and put together the box opening surprise gifts.  At the same time it takes a few days for your payment process to clear.  It may take longer if you didn't follow the steps to be verified.

ART DOLLS  are a hand painted piece of art, no two are ever identical.  When I paint, I am treating the vinyl as if it is a canvas painting and I purposely do not make the skin without slight imperfections. Blemishes, sometimes a baby scratch, birth marks and tiny little capillaries, pores, sometimes freckles, moles, occasionally a tiny dust lint may get varnished in.  This is barely seen with the naked eye, and if it is seen it looks like natural skin.  These are  just to mention a few. Please view all images, and or videos and ask all questions prior to purchasing.

Art dolls, bears and their accessories that may have small parts in assembly, or their accessories such as eyes, sculpted add on features, hair bows, pacifiers, beaded holders, and or magnets that can pose a choking hazard and may interfere with pacemakers. NOTE:  If purchasing a reborn play doll from me it is the parents responsibility to educate and supervise their child on how to care for the doll.  I have authentic play dolls available that are more affordable than the limited editions. Again same warning applies that I am not liable for miss use of a play doll or it's accessories.

MOHAIR on dolls if rooted is dyed by the companies that sell it which may or may not stain blankets, bedding, clothing when hair is wet. I have not experienced a problem. But it must be mentioned in this contract. It is best to allow to completely dry after styling. Although mohair is sealed inside the head with glue, rough brushing, pulling, wearing hats/head coverings for extended time, excessive styling, and/or improper storage of rooted dolls will cause damage. Use care when styling mohair. I am not liable for issues that may occur while in the customer ‘s possession. Use care when styling mohair and read carefully and follow the Mohair care instructions sent with the doll.

BEARS that may have shaded or tinted areas on their faces, near eyes, ears, nose and mouth.  Although allowing plenty of cure time and sealed.  Disclosure that the unknown of how the bear is displayed or stored if any tint or coloring may stain against another item.  Please display and store with full awareness that this is a art bear that needs to be kept dry and indoors and stored away from moisture to prevent damage to it's fur or art work, or other light colored items. My art created bears at this time are designed for the adult collector, unless otherwise specified in my descriptions.  They are assembled with small parts and must be supervised by an adult when handled with care.

WARRANTY  This is a fine piece of art. It is highly recommended that you, the buyer, educate yourself on proper care, storage, cleaning, and handling of reborn dolls, bears, and or accessories. Please read carefully the care instructions sent with the items. By Cheryls Shop of LullaBaby Nursery LullaBabies & LullaBabyBears is not liable for any damages that may occur to the doll, bear, or accessories.  Items are repairable for a fee, plus cost of return shipping, if I am not available to repair, I will recommend you to someone that can.
